CSVenator Deer Management Software

All of the CSVenator deer management products are aimed at allowing those involved in the control of deer populations for commercial, safety or sporting purposes to demonstrate a responsible and professional attitude to the control of deer by legal means. In an environment which is increasingly covered by government legislation and which is sensitive to a potentially negative public perception, the maintenance of proper records offering the opportunity of objective reporting is likely to become an increasingly important aspect of deer management activities.

CSVenator products are simple and intuitive to use. We recognise that when a stalker comes in from the field, food and rest are at the top of the agenda, not computer systems. Therefore, CSVenator products are driven by drop-down lists to keep the amount of typing to a minimum. The software does not display redundant information and will only prompt for input where it is required. For example, if you shoot a doe, the software won't display or ask for details about the size of the antlers!

The amount of detail able to be recorded and reported upon increases with the level of the product selected. Naturally, the level of detail required by a national organisation and their analytical and reporting requirements are far in excess of what is useful to the recreational hunter. The CSVenator products have been designed to record and report at an appropriate level for the version selected.

All reports are pre-formatted and triggered from a report launcher so there is no need for building reports. One click gets the selected report either on screen or in hardcopy; you choose.
